The "S-2900 series" is a low-pressure gasket made from various synthetic rubber sheets that can be used for flanges and equipment in various piping applications. The "S-2940" is pressure-formed from EPDM rubber in a specific cross-sectional shape. Additionally, the "S-2950" is made by pressure and heat forming a PTFE film onto an EPDM rubber molded product, creating a unified bond. As a choice of gasket material, considering the balance of hygiene, strength against door opening and closing in high-temperature environments, and cost, silicone rubber is the most promising option. However, steam-resistant materials have poor heat resistance above 200°C, making practical use in steam convection ovens impossible. This time, through thorough selection and examination of base materials and additives, we were able to create a unique practical material (GE5092). ■ Main Features - Excellent steam resistance and heat resistance. - The adhesive and corner parts are made of the same material as the straight parts, ensuring consistent performance. - By adopting an injection joint method, it is possible to change the shape only at the corner parts.
